do you take holds or payment plans?

30 USD+a small chibi of your character with thick line art. due to small canvas size there may be limitations to poses and character design!400x400 px.
customs
75 USD+a fullbody or pagedoll of your custom design, with optional choice of accessories!1000x1000 px. (or larger - size dependent on choice of full vs pagedoll)
Ref Sheets
quote needed
a reference sheet usually will consist of one full body, and then extras - but additional art such as chibis, fulls, headshots, icons, or portraits can also be added on for an additional cost ! please relay what you would like on your reference when sending in a submission form. if quotes are needed before submission please contact me on discord.these are large canvases, but may vary in size/shape depending on layout.
Terms of Service
General
my t.o.s. is in effect at all times, regardless of whether it was read or not
i reserve the right to use my art to promote and represent myself as needed, if for some reason you prefer the art/design to not be used in promotion please contact me for discussion
i reserve the right to decline any commission, custom design or adoptable buyer for any reason
repeated backing out on commissions, art trades and adopts may result in a blacklisting
do not use my artwork for NFT, cryptocurrency or AI learning
repeat offenders of any of below rules, or extreme offenders will be blacklisted
Payment
I take payments through paypal exclusively
payment is required up front in the first 48 hours
holds and plans are allowed up to 2 weeks. if the payment is over $400 longer plans/holds can be discussed
all payments are in usd only
refunds are allowed in full before the final sketch is approved, after this point partial refunds are considered case by case
commissions turn around times exceeding 3 months may request a full refund
upcharges may occur if the design has complicated accessories, design elements or requires major changes not discussed prior
chargebacks without explanation/repayment will result in permanent blacklisting
i reserve the right to cancel and refund any commission at any point for any reason - refunds in this scenario are in full
Commissions
Commissions may take anywhere from a few days to three months at most to complete. you are welcome to ask for updates at any time - but my Trello will be updated in real time as well !
tracing, heavy referencing, and reposting without credit is not allowed and may result in blacklisting
do not price my art for more than what you have paid
you may edit my art, but the original piece must be kept on hand and the edits must be clearly stated somewhere.
i may provide multiple concepts, the client will receive only the chosen concept. any other concepts are retained by me unless otherwise stated and/or paid for
large revisions such as pose changes, character swaps, etc. after the sketch has been approved may require an upcharge
small revisions such as marking edits, eye color changes, etc. are welcome requests during the process, but please take time looking over the final piece as i may be unable to accommodate them after it is approved
characters must have a clear reference of their design. requests to design the "hidden side" of an asymmetrical design will be denied, as i consider this a partial custom. upcharges for this service can be discussed.
Designs
Designs refers to any design created by me through adopts, art trades, commissions, hypos, etc.
do not color pick or heavily reference my designs, those found to have done so may be at risk of blacklisting
when reselling my designs, the owner may not sell for more than their worth + art, not including gift art
priority pings are allowed on my designs !
tradelocks are only allowed with written permission from me as of June 30th, 2025 ! tradelocks preceding this date may remain until removed.
i do not require notification of a design transfer unless i have specified for that specific design
co-ownership is not allowed as of 2021, dm me if you'd like an exception
repeated backing out of bids/offers for designs may result in a temporary, or permanent blacklisting from adopts
my designs, even if they were collaborated upon or redesigned by a different artist, should still be giving designer's credit to me.

you may edit my base or reline it entirely, so long as you properly credit me
you may use my bases to create adopts, personal artwork, roleplay designs, etc
you may not use my bases for commissioned work (outside of design commissions), commercial work, or without credit
you may not resell my base or any edited version of my base. this includes heavily referencing/tracing my base.
do not reshare or spread any of my pay to use (p2u) bases around, they must be purchased by each individual who wants to use them
you may share my free to use (f2u) bases with friends, so long as all parties understand how to properly credit me!
Blacklist
These users may not commission me, purchase designs, utilize my bases, join events, or have anything to do with my art or socials, following the date listed.Please note that a block does not equal a blacklist from me, and that users on my public blacklist are unlikely to come off of it. This is due to a myriad as reasons not limited to but including art/design theft, scamming, or threatening/harmful behavior to others in the community.Questions about users on this blacklist can be directed to my DMs on discord or toyhouse.
